Common use of Partial Exercise Clause in Contracts

Partial Exercise. This Warrant may be exercised in part (but not for a fractional share) by surrender of this Warrant in the manner and at the place provided in subsection 1.2 except that the amount payable by the Holder on such partial exercise shall be the amount obtained by multiplying (a) the number of whole shares of Common Stock designated by the Holder in the Subscription Form by (b) the Purchase Price then in effect. On any such partial exercise, the Company, at its expense, will forthwith issue and deliver to or upon the order of the Holder hereof a new Warrant of like tenor, in the name of the Holder hereof or as such Holder (upon payment by such Holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may request, the whole number of shares of Common Stock for which such Warrant may still be exercised.

This Warrant may be exercised in part (but not for a fractional share) by surrender of this Warrant in the manner and at the place provided in subsection 1.2 1.1 except that the amount payable by the Holder holder on such partial exercise shall be the amount obtained by multiplying (a) the number of whole shares of Common Stock designated by the Holder holder in the Subscription Form subscription at the end hereof by (b) the Purchase Price then in effect. On any such partial exercise, exercise the Company, Company at its expense, expense will forthwith issue and deliver to or upon the order of the Holder holder hereof a new Warrant or Warrants of like tenor, in the name of the Holder holder hereof or as such Holder holder (upon payment by such Holder holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may request, calling in the whole aggregate on the face or faces thereof for the number of shares of Common Stock for which such Warrant or Warrants may still be exercised.

On any such partial exercise, the Company, at its expense, will forthwith issue and deliver to or upon the order of the Holder hereof a new Warrant of like tenor, in the name of the Holder hereof or as such Holder (upon payment by such Holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may request, the whole number of shares of Common Stock Ordinary Shares for which such Warrant may still be exercised.

Partial Exercise. This Warrant may be exercised in part (but not for a fractional share) by surrender of this Warrant in the manner and at the place provided in subsection 1.2 except that the amount payable by the Holder on such partial exercise shall be the amount obtained by multiplying (a) the number of whole shares of Common Stock designated by the Holder in the Subscription Form by (b) the Purchase Price then in effect. On any such partial exercise, the Company, at its expense, will forthwith issue and deliver to or upon the order of the Holder hereof a new Warrant of like tenor, in the name of the Holder hereof or as such Holder (upon payment by such Holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may requesthereof, the whole number of shares of Common Stock for which such Warrant may still be exercised.

Partial Exercise. This Warrant may be exercised in whole or in part from time to time (but not for a fractional share) by surrender of this Warrant in the manner and at the place provided in subsection 1.2 except that the amount payable by the Holder on such partial exercise shall be the amount obtained by multiplying (a) the number of whole shares of Common Stock designated by the Holder in the Subscription Form by (b) the Purchase Warrant Exercise Price then in effect. On any such partial exercise, the Company, at its expense, will forthwith issue and deliver to or upon the order of the Holder hereof a new Warrant of like tenor, in the name of the Holder hereof or as such Holder (upon payment by such Holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may request, the whole number of shares of Common Stock for which such Warrant may still be exercised.

On any such partial exercise, the Company, at its expense, will forthwith issue and deliver to or upon the order of the Holder holder hereof a new Warrant of like tenor, in the name of the Holder holder hereof or as such Holder holder (upon payment by such Holder holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may request, the whole number of shares of Common Stock for which such Warrant may still be exercised.

Partial Exercise. This The Warrant Holder may be exercised exercise in part (but not for a fractional share) by surrender of this Warrant in surrendering the manner and at the place Warrant, accompanied by payment as provided in subsection 1.2 above, except that the amount payable by the Warrant Holder on such partial exercise shall be the amount obtained by multiplying (a) the Share Price by the number of whole shares Shares of Common Stock Stock, not to exceed the number specified on the face of this Warrant, subject to Sections 3.2 and 4 below, designated by the Holder holder in the Subscription Form by (b) at the Purchase Price then in effectend of this Warrant. On any such partial exercise, the Company, at its expense, will forthwith issue and deliver to or upon the order of the Holder hereof a new Warrant of like tenor, in the name of the Holder hereof or as such Holder (upon payment by such Holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may request, the whole number of shares of Common Stock for which such Warrant may still be exercised.

Partial Exercise. This Warrant may be exercised in part (but not for a fractional share) by surrender of this Warrant in the manner and at the place provided in subsection 1.2 Section 1.3, except that the amount payable by the Holder on such partial exercise shall be the amount obtained by multiplying (a) the number of whole shares of Common Stock designated by the Holder in the Subscription Form by (b) the Purchase Price then in effect. On any such partial exercise, provided the Holder has surrendered the original Warrant, the Company, at its expense, will forthwith issue and deliver to or upon the order of the Holder hereof a new Warrant of like tenor, in the name of the Holder hereof or as such Holder (upon payment by such Holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may requesthereof, the whole number of shares of Common Stock for which such Warrant may still be exercised. The original Warrant is not required to be surrendered to the Company until it has been fully exercised.

Partial Exercise. This Warrant may be exercised in part (but not for a fractional share) by surrender of this Warrant in the manner and at the place provided in subsection 1.2 except that the amount payable by the Holder on such partial exercise shall be the amount obtained by multiplying (a) the number of whole shares of Common Stock designated by the Holder in the Subscription Form by (b) the Purchase Exercise Price then in effect.
