Common use of Partial Extension Clause in Contracts

Partial Extension. If, with respect to any Request for Extension, the provisions of Section 3.3(c) or 3.3(d) are not applicable and there are Non-Extending Lenders under Section 3.3(b), then: (i) the Subject Maturity Date for all Extending Lenders shall be extended to the date agreed to by each such Requested Lender; and (ii) the Subject Maturity Date for each such Non-Extending Lender shall not be extended, provided, however, the Borrower shall be entitled to request further extensions of the Maturity Date from such Non-Extending Lenders as provided for in Section 3.3(a).

Partial Extension. If, with respect to any Request for Extension, the provisions of Section 3.3(c3.2(c) or 3.3(d3.2(d) are not applicable and there are Non-Extending Lenders under Section 3.3(b3.2(b), then: (i) the Subject Maturity Date for all Extending Lenders shall be extended to the date agreed to by each such Requested Lender; and (ii) the Subject Maturity Date for each such Non-Extending Lender shall not be extended, provided, however, the Borrower shall be entitled to request further extensions of the Maturity Date from such Non-Extending Lenders as provided for in Section 3.3(a3.2(a).

Partial Extension. If, with respect to any Request for Extension, the provisions of Section 3.3(c3.10(c) or 3.3(d3.10(d) are not applicable and there are Non-Extending Agreeing Lenders under Section 3.3(b), 3.10(b) then: (i) the Subject applicable Maturity Date for all Extending the Agreeing Lenders shall be extended to the date agreed to by each such Requested Lender; andfor a period of one (1) year; (ii) the Subject applicable Maturity Date for each such the Non-Extending Lender Agreeing Lenders shall not be extended, provided, however; and (iii) in the case of Section 3.10(e)(ii), the Borrower shall not be entitled to request any further extensions of offers to extend the applicable Maturity Date from such Non-Extending Lenders as provided for in Section 3.3(a)Agreeing Lenders.
