Partial Foreclosure. Sale of a part of the Property shall not exhaust the power of sale, but sales may be made from time to time until the Liabilities are paid and the Liabilities are performed and discharged in full. It is intended by each of the foregoing provisions of this subsection that Trustee may, after any request or direction by Beneficiary, sell not only the Real Estate and the Improvements, but also the fixtures and Service Equipment and other interests constituting a part of the Property or any part thereof, along with the Real Estate and the Improvements or any part thereof, as a unit and as a part of a single sale, or may sell at any time or from time to time any part or parts of the Property separately from the remainder of the Property.
