Partial Illegality. 3.1 If any provision of this Contract or the application thereof to any person or in any circumstances shall to any extent be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not prejudice the effectiveness of the remainder of this Contract or the application of such provision to other persons or in other circumstances and each other provision of this Contract shall be legal, valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
