Partial Indemnity. If the Executive is entitled under any provision of this Article 7 to indemnification by the Company for some or a portion of the costs, expenses, judgments, fines, penalties and amounts paid in settlement, but not for the total amount thereof, the Company shall nevertheless indemnify the Executive for the portion thereof to which the Executive is entitled.
