Common use of Partial Lease Termination Clause in Contracts

Partial Lease Termination. Effective as of the Effective Date, the Lease shall terminate with respect to the Terminated Property in accordance with the terms of Section 17.9 of the Lease (and on the same terms as if the Terminated Property was considered a Deleted Property that was being separated and removed from the Lease as of the Effective Date on account of a Casualty or Condemnation), and Tenant shall remain obligated to perform all of its indemnification obligations and other liabilities and obligations under the Lease that survive such termination in accordance with the terms of such Section 17.9, Section 23 of the Lease and any other applicable provisions of the Lease.

Partial Lease Termination. Effective as of the Effective Datedate hereof, the Lease shall terminate with respect to the Terminated Leased Property described on Exhibit A attached to and made a part of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Section 17.9 40.16 of the Lease (and on the same terms as if of that certain Agreement Regarding Master Leases No. 3 dated November , 2016 relating to the Terminated Property was considered a Deleted Property that was being separated and removed from the Lease as of the Effective Date on account of a Casualty or Condemnation)Lease, and Tenant shall remain obligated to perform all of its indemnification obligations and other liabilities and obligations under the Lease that survive such termination in accordance with the terms of ARML3 and such Section 17.940.16, Section 23 24.1 of the Lease and any other applicable provisions of the Lease.
