Common use of Partial prepayment of Loans Clause in Contracts

Partial prepayment of Loans. (a) Any partial prepayment of a Loan will be applied in accordance with Clause 7.9 (Application of prepayments). (b) No amount of a Loan prepaid under this Agreement may subsequently be re-borrowed.
