Common use of Partial Termination Clause in Contracts

Partial Termination. The Authority is entitled to terminate all or part of this Framework Agreement pursuant to this Clause 26, provided always that the parts of this Framework Agreement not terminated can operate effectively to deliver the intended purpose of this Framework Agreement.

The If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to this Clause 32, it may (at is sole discretion): 32.17.1 terminate this Framework Agreement. in respect of any Lot forming part of this Framework Agreement (where the Supplier has been appointed in respect of more than one Lot); and/or 32.17.2 terminate all or part of this Framework Agreement pursuant to this Clause 26, provided always that the parts of this Framework Agreement not terminated can operate effectively to deliver the intended purpose of this Framework Agreement.
