Common use of Participant Access to Records Clause in Contracts

Participant Access to Records. The Participants and/or their representatives shall be permitted access to all Partnership records. The Participant may inspect and copy any of the records after giving adequate notice to the Managing General Partner at any reasonable time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Managing General Partner may keep logs, well reports, and other drilling and operating data confidential for reasonable periods of time. The Managing General Partner may release information concerning the operations of the Partnership to the sources that are customary in the industry or required by rule, regulation, or order of any regulatory body.
