Participant election as to Beneficiary. The Participant, on a form prescribed by the Plan Administrator, may elect the distribution method which will apply to any Beneficiary, including his/her surviving spouse. The Participant's election may limit any Beneficiary's right to increase or to reduce the frequency or the amount of any payments.
