Common use of Participant Funding and Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Participant Funding and Disbursement. Each Participant shall, before 11:00 a.m. on the date of each Advance, make available to Agent at its office specified in Paragraph 7.01, in same day or immediately available funds, such Participant's Proportionate Share of such Advance. After Agent's receipt of such funds and upon fulfillment of the applicable conditions set forth in Section III, Agent will promptly disburse such funds on behalf of Lessor, in same day or immediately available funds, as follows:
