Common use of Participant's Credit Decisions Clause in Contracts

Participant's Credit Decisions. Each Participant acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon Agent or any other Participant, made its own analysis of NAI and the transactions contemplated hereby and its own independent decision to enter into the Transaction Documents to which it is a party. Each Participant also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon Agent or any other Participant and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under the Transaction Documents.
