Participant’s Employment. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or interfere in any way with the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries, as the case may be, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Participant’s employment or to increase or decrease the Participant’s compensation at any time.
