Participant’s Notice to Consult An Attorney. The Company hereby advises the Participant to consult with an attorney (chosen by the Participant and at the Participant’s cost) prior to signing this Agreement, including with respect to the non-solicitation provisions and other restrictive covenants contained in this Section. The Participant hereby acknowledges receipt of this notice by the Company.
