Participant’s Performance of Obligations, Generally. The Participant shall, in accordance with the terms of its Participation Agreement, diligently perform all of its obligations arising under the Terms and Conditions and the Policies and Procedures and shall, promptly following notice of any material breach thereof by HIO, cure such breach.
