Common use of Participating Bank Credit Decision Clause in Contracts

Participating Bank Credit Decision. Each of the Issuing Bank and each Participating Bank acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Arrangers, the Agent, the Issuing Bank or any other Participating Bank and based on the financial information referred to in Section 6.01(e) hereof and such other documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own credit analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement. Each of the Issuing Bank and each Participating Bank also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Arrangers, the Agent, the Issuing Bank or any other Participating Bank and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement.
