Participating Generator Clause Samples
Participating Generator. Participating Generator shall have the meaning provided in Appendix A to the ISO Tariff as amended from time to time. The current ISO Tariff definition is: a generator or other seller of energy or ancillary services through a Scheduling Coordinator over the ISO Controlled Grid and which has undertaken to be bound by the terms of the ISO Tariff.
Participating Generator. Seller shall take all commercially reasonable measures, at its sole cost, to execute a Participating Generator Agreement (with the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff and as further described in this Agreement) as of the earliest time that such option becomes available to Seller.
Participating Generator. Seller shall execute a CAISO Participating Generator Agreement and a Meter Service Agreement for CAISO Metered Entities.
Participating Generator. A Generator or other seller of Energy or Ancillary Services through a Scheduling Coordinator over the ISO Controlled Grid from a Generating Unit with a rated capacity of 1 MW or greater, or from a Generating Unit providing Ancillary Services and/or Imbalance Energy through an aggregation arrangement approved by the ISO, which has undertaken to be bound by the terms of the ISO Tariff, in the case of a Generator through a Participating Generating Agreement.
