Common use of Participating Independent Districts Clause in Contracts

Participating Independent Districts. The Participating Independent Districts shall take such steps as they may deem appropriate to insure that enough pupils from the Participating Independent Districts or other school districts will be enrolled in the programs in the Project Building to allow for the reasonable operation of the Project Building.
