Participating Provider Selection, Generally. (A) The Contractor shall implement written policies and procedures for selection and retention of Participating Providers and those procedures should include, at minimum, the requirements found in this Contract. (B) The Contractor shall maintain documentation of its credentialing and re-credentialing activities. Upon request from the Department, the Contractor shall demonstrate that its Participating Providers are credentialed and re-credentialed following Contractor’s written credentialing and re-credentialing policies and procedures.
