Participating Schools. Eligible private schools interested in enrolling students receiving ESAs shall submit an application to the Department by the deadline set by the Department.
Participating Schools. The schools initially agreed to for participation in the WLC are: ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School (Brandywine), ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Early Education Center (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ School (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (proposed for a potential dual-generation center for the 2023-2024 school year in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Academy (Red Clay), Warner Elementary School (Red Clay), ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School (Red Clay), and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Dual Language Elementary School (Red Clay). Districts may add individual schools to this agreement by a process determined by the districts and WLC collaboratively. In addition to the processes laid out in section 10.10, a district may also remove individual schools from the WLC if both the district and WLC Council agree to such removal. New schools will only be added to the WLC if additional funding is made available by the state to support their participation in the WLC.

Participating Schools. The College Board shall furnish Products, Licenses and Services under this Agreement in accordance with the SpringBoard Program Policy solely to the teachers, students and administrators of the schools listed in Attachment I.

Participating Schools. From time to time, Ampush may provide Company with source code, landing page URL and school-approved content (collectively, “School Content”) or direct Company to the appropriate source from which Company may procure school approved content, for agreed upon schools accepting Billable Leads through Ampush’s marketing program. Company shall (i) create links and content on Company Website that point traffic to the landing page URLs and will include source code appended to each link; and (ii) generate Billable Leads (as defined below) and provide such leads to Ampush (collectively, the “Services”). Company may not use the School Content other than as necessary to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.
Participating Schools. This Student Diversity Leadership Conference (“SDLC”) Chaperone Agreement (the “Agreement”) is intended to ensure that certain Chaperone expectations, along with the SDLC Student Handbook, are delivered to and seen by all SDLC Chaperones (the “Chaperone”). This Agreement should be read and signed by all Chaperones and submitted to you, the member school. All participating schools must keep this signed Agreement on file for a minimum of four (4) years, pursuant to the school’s agreement with the National Association of Independent Schools (“NAIS”).

ReInvent Schools Participating Schools 1. In order to receive services for ReInvent Schools under the terms of this Agreement, DISTRICT school Principals shall complete an “Opt-In” form which is then submitted to the DISTRICT’s Deputy Superintendent. 2. Only after the DISTRICT’s Deputy Superintendent approves the Opt-In form may the school receive services for ReInvent Schools under this Agreement. 3. Both the DISTRICT’s Deputy Superintendent and the CITY shall maintain the list of schools actively involved in receiving Programs and Services through ReInvent Schools under this Agreement. 4. The list of schools participating in ReInvent Schools shall be attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated by reference. a. Schools may be added according to the process set forth herein. b. Schools may be deleted from the list in Exhibit D at the sole discretion of the DISTRICT. c. Schools may be added or deleted from Exhibit D without further approvals from the governing Board of either Party. C. The DISTRICT will provide access to school facilities at the participating schools during regular DISTRICT instructional days for programs and services under this Agreement. D. In addition to the above referenced access, the CITY shall be provided access to designated middle schools for a “camp” during winter, spring and summer DISTRICT breaks. Schools providing a camp may be added or deleted without further approvals from the governing Board of either Party. E. For any programs occurring pursuant to this Agreement that are scheduled to be running when the DISTRICT school is not open for regular instruction, the CITY shall complete and be approved for the use of the DISTRICT school program spaces pursuant to a CCF-410 form. Nothing in this Agreement or the related documents shall prohibit “in-kind” agreements for the use of DISTRICT buildings. Said use shall be in accordance with existing Open Doors Open Schools Agreements, for programs and services in relation to this Agreement. F. Facility space for program services provided under this Agreement will be given priority over other out-of-DISTRICT users unless there is a prior contractual or statutory obligation otherwise. G. The DISTRICT will not charge the CITY any rent, utilities, or other user fees for use of its facilities to operate the camps at the designate...
