Common use of Participation and Acquired Loans Clause in Contracts

Participation and Acquired Loans. The participations created with respect to the Participation Loans and the sale to the Originator with respect to the Acquired Loans do not violate any provisions of the underlying Required Asset Documents and such documents do not contain any express or implied prohibitions on participations or sales of such Loans other than those that have been complied with.
