Participation by Communication Equipment. A Member may participate in a meeting of the Members by a conference telephone or by other similar communications equipment through which all persons participating in the meeting may communicate with the other participants. All participants shall be advised of the communications equipment and the names of the parties in the conference shall be divulged to all participants. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this section constitutes presence in person at the meeting.
