Participation by Investors. The Investors or Holders shall furnish to the Company such information regarding the Investors’ offerings of Registrable Securities and the proposed manner of distribution thereof as the Company may reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the Registration Statement and any related prospectus, or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto.
