Participation costs. 2.1.1. The participation costs are set to 4,500 € per semester over the four term period of the programme. This amount covers any mandatory administrative/operational cost related to Student´s participation in the E+: EMJMD-AM (e.g. including tuition fees, full insurance coverage, administrative costs related to the issuing of the Diploma and Diploma Supplement) for two academic years. If an extension is required to finalize the studies, exams, thesis or thesis defence beyond September 30th, 2017, unless otherwise noted in the GA (e.g. prolonged illness or for parental leave), it is on Student´s responsibility to cover all further participation costs according to the national regulations of the Consortium University where the thesis defence is foreseen. Additionally the Austrian “ÖH Beitrag” (currently about 19 €) has to be paid to the Austrian Students Association (ÖH).
2.1.2. Any other costs that may occur in addition (e.g. for participation in excursion activities), being compulsory or voluntary, must be taken over by Student.
Participation costs. The annual PlantHealth participation fee for all students is 4,500 EUR, regardless of which host institution they attend. The cost of participation includes: - Health and accident insurance throughout the whole academic period; - Registration of the student as a regular student at the M1 and M2 host universities; - Tuition fees; - Language and cultural courses at each university, integrated into the PlantHealth curriculum; - An e-learning module; - Access to library and laboratories; - Student administration, services and activities; assistance with visa application procedures, etc.; - Initial Orientation Week for all PlantHealth students; - Field trip for all M1-student; - All other academic and administrative fees (e.g., diploma issuing by the two partner universities attended, enrolment fees, academic recognition fees, etc.). Participation feed do NOT include: - Travel costs - Visa costs - Accommodation/living costs - Some individual module-related costs (e.g., specific books and materials, etc.)
Participation costs. 1. The grantee will continue paying the tuition fees at his/her home university (if applicable).
2. The host university will not charge the grantee any participation costs. For mobilities shorter than 10 months, the host university will apply a fee waiver policy.

Self-funded students have to pay those participation costs according to a precise schedule available in Annex I. Participation costs include: • Health and accident insurance during the whole academic period; • The registration of the student as regular student of the Y1 and Y2 universities; • Tuition fees; • Language and culture courses at each HEI integrated in the emPLANT+ curriculum; • Access to library and laboratories; • Student management, services and activities; support in visa application procedures, etc.; • The Joint Integration Week for all emPLANT+ students1; • The Joint Summer Breeding Field Camp1; • The Closing Ceremony1; • All other academic and administrative fees (e.g. degree issuing from the two partner Universities attended, access fee, recognition fees, laboratory material for the master thesis research etc.); • etc.); Participation costs do NOT include: • travel costs • visa costs • Some individual module‐related costs (e.g. certain books and materials, etc.) • Living expenses
Participation costs. Each party will be responsible for costs of their participation on the Liaison Committee. WorkSafeBC agrees to pay any reasonable administrative costs related to the meetings.

Documents which could serve as a proof for residency could be: - a residence certificate issued in accordance with the candidate's municipality normal registration rules;

The Individual acknowledges its responsibility to cover the costs associated with its participation on the Coordinating Council, Advisory Councils, Working Groups, Initiatives, or other such activities including the associated time and business expenses, unless the WOHT has provided prior approval to cover some of the Individual’s costs that are related to participating in specific WOHT activities.

Participation costs. The EMTM Consortium sets the participation costs of an Erasmus Mundus Partner Country scholarship holder at 14,000 EUR and of an Erasmus Mundus Programme Country scholarship holder at 7,500 EUR. Participation costs include tuition fees, examinations, administrative services provided at each university and the issue of joint diploma and joint diploma supplement.
