Participation in an Affiliation, Merger or Partnership. In the event that any County department, unit, or section, including Health Care Services, participates in an affiliation, merger, partnership or any variation thereof, the County and SEIU, upon request of either party, shall meet and confer on all bargainable issues arising there from.
