Participation in Certain Proceedings and Decisions. Any Encumbrance Holder shall have the right to intervene and become a party in any arbitration, litigation, condemnation or other proceeding affecting this Lease. Lessee's right to make any election or decision under this Lease with respect to any condemnation settlement, insurance settlement or restoration of the Premises following a casualty or condemnation shall be subject to the prior written approval of each then existing Encumbrance Holder.
