Common use of Participation in EOHHS Efforts Clause in Contracts

Participation in EOHHS Efforts. As directed by EOHHS, the Contractor shall participate in any: a. Efforts to promote the delivery of services in a Culturally and Linguistically Competent manner to all Enrollees, including those with limited English proficiency, diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and physical or mental disabilities, and regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity; b. Activities to verify or improve the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Contractor’s data submissions to EOHHS, including but not limited to validation studies of such data; c. Enrollment, disenrollment, or attribution activities related to this Contract; d. Training programs;
