Common use of Participation in Markets and Programs Clause in Contracts

Participation in Markets and Programs. In connection with submitting schedules, demand bids, and supply offers or withdrawing energy from the system in Real-Time or otherwise offering to provide or providing services, or offering to buy or receive services, through the New England Markets, the Market Participant agrees at all times to comply with the ISO New England Operating Documents. The Market Participant hereby warrants to the ISO that, unless the ISO New England Operating Documents specifically permit supply offers unrelated to physical parameters, whenever it submits a Supply Offer for Energy or supply offer for Ancillary Services or a demand response service, it has the capability and the intention to provide that service in accordance with the ISO New England Operating Documents and it will comply with ISO dispatch instructions for the provisions of service in accordance with the ISO New England Operating Documents.
