Common use of Participation in Other Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Other Benefit Plans. In addition to the foregoing, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the other various retirement, welfare, fringe benefit, executive perquisite, and expense reimbursement plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation to the same extent that employees generally of the Corporation are eligible for participation under the terms of such plans, programs and arrangements.

In addition to the foregoing, the The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans or programs established by the Company's Board of Directors from time to time to the extent that his position, title, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible to participate. The Executive's participation in any such plan or program shall be subject to the provisions, rules and regulations applicable thereto. Without limiting the generality of the other various retirementforegoing, welfarethe Executive shall be provided with medical, fringe benefit, executive perquisitedisability, and expense reimbursement plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation life insurance coverage to the same extent that employees generally of the Corporation are eligible for participation under the terms of such plans, programs and arrangementsit is available at a reasonable cost from reputable insurers.
