PARTICIPATION IN OTHER PROCEEDINGS. At the County’s request, the Consultant shall allow itself to be joined as a party in any legal proceeding that involves the County regarding the design, construction, or installation of any matter which is the subject of this Agreement. This provision is for the benefit of the County and not for the benefit of any other party.
