Common use of Participation in PHARMACY Benefits Clause in Contracts

Participation in PHARMACY Benefits. By execution of this Agreement, PHARMACY is agreeing to its participation in the Pharmacy Benefits sponsored by covered Plan Sponsors in accordance with the PSM, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and other applicable laws and regulations. PHARMACY understands and agrees that the continued participation in such pharmacy networks is conditioned upon compliance with their obligations hereunder and the Plan Sponsors' approval.
