PARTICIPATION IN PROVIDER'S MASTER VENDOR PROGRAMS. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to permit the Company and its Affiliates (which for this purpose does not include DCI) to participate in any master agreements with third-party vendors to Provider, if requested by the Company, including equipment purchasing and software licensing programs. Provider and the Company will negotiate in good faith to enter into any sublicenses for software, containing customary terms and conditions, if appropriate to implement the provisions of this Section 1.6.
