PARTICIPATION IN THE WORK. 19.1 The work and management shall be shared by the Partners in the spirit of goodwill for the common good and both Partners shall have an equal voice in all affairs of the Partnership and neither Partner shall be subservient to the other Partner. 19.2 Each Partner shall devote his whole time and attention to The Business of The Partnership. The [ ] Partner shall devote his whole time and attention to the Business of the Partnership The [ ] Partner shall engage in The Business of The Partnership on a part time basis 19.3 Subject to the above the Partners shall participate in and carry on the Business of the Partnership in accordance with the On-Farm Agreement. 19.4 Each Partner shall be entitled to holidays as set out in the On-Farm Agreement.
