Common use of PARTICIPATION NOTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

PARTICIPATION NOTIFICATION. The Sub-Recipient is responsible for notifying the State Public Assistance Officer (SPAO) of its intent to participate in the program. The Sub-Recipient notifies the SPAO by submitting the notification of their intention to participate via email to XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxx@xx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and the SPAO will then notify FEMA . Once that email correspondence is made, the project development will be tracked through Grants Portal and all payments will be made using the workflows in FDEM’s Grants Management System.
