Participation of Guarantors. 23.5.1 Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default the Agent will promptly inform the Guarantors thereof. 23.5.2 The Lenders may waive any Event of Default pursuant to Clause 23.4 (Waivers) only with the consent of the Guarantors.
