Common use of Participation of the Loans Clause in Contracts

Participation of the Loans. Borrower agrees that Lender may, at its option, sell interests in the Loans and its rights under this Loan Agreement to a financial institution or institutions and, in connection with each such sale, Lender may disclose any financial and other information available to Lender concerning Borrower to each prospective purchaser.

Participation of the Loans. Borrower agrees that Lender Bank may, at its option, sell interests in the Loans and its rights under this Loan Agreement to a financial institution or institutions and, in connection with each such sale, Lender Bank may disclose any financial and other information available to Lender Bank concerning Borrower to each prospective perspective purchaser.

Borrower Debtor agrees that Lender may, at its option, sell interests in the Loans and its rights under this Loan Agreement to a financial institution or institutions and, in connection with each such sale, Lender may disclose any financial and other information available to Lender concerning Borrower Debtor to each perspective purchaser subject to obtaining a confidentiality agreement with each prospective purchaserpurchaser prior to disclosing Debtor’s confidential information.

Borrower agrees that Lender may, at its option, sell interests in the Loans and its rights and remedies under this Loan Agreement to a one or more financial institution institutions or institutions other Person acceptable to Lender and, in connection with each such sale, Lender may disclose any financial and other information available to Lender concerning Borrower or any Obligated Party to each prospective purchaser.

Borrower Debtor agrees that Lender may, at its option, sell interests in the Loans and its rights under this Loan Agreement to a financial institution or institutions and, in connection with each such sale, Lender may disclose any financial and other information available to Lender concerning Borrower Debtor to each prospective purchaserpurchaser subject to obtaining a confidentiality agreement with each prospective purchaser prior to disclosing Debtor’s confidential information.
