Participation Rights; Information Sharing. (i) The Parties shall arrange for a meeting or conference call to be held on a regular basis in order to facilitate regular communication on the status of any Pre-Distribution Tax Audit that could affect the Non-Controlling Party. The Parties may determine from time to time to have separate special meetings to discuss significant issues relating to the Audit.
