Participation Rights Of Defaulting Party. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and until such Event of Default is cured, the Participant that is the Defaulting Party shall not have the right to participate under Section 6.2 on any matters with respect to this Agreement.
