Common use of Participation Rights of Parties and Information Sharing with respect to Audits Clause in Contracts

Participation Rights of Parties and Information Sharing with respect to Audits. Subject to applicable Department of Defense restrictions, each Party that would be responsible under Section 9.3 for Non-Income Taxes resulting from an Audit described in Section 9.2(a) (other than the Audit Management Party) (a “Participating Party”) shall have the right to access information related to such Audit at its own cost and at the time and manner as reasonably determined by the Audit Management Party.
