Participations 4 Sample Clauses

Participations 4. 9.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each Bank acting through its Lending Office shall make available to the Facility Agent on the Drawdown Date for an Advance an amount equal to its Participation in the amount and currency specified in the Drawdown Notice for that Advance.
