Common use of Participations of Banks Clause in Contracts

Participations of Banks. Each such payment made by a Revolving A Bank shall be treated as the purchase by such Revolving A Bank of a participating interest in the applicable Borrower's Reimbursement Obligation under ss.4.2 in an amount equal to such payment.
