Particular Trade or Service. If a specific need for a particular trade or service exists, which is not otherwise listed on this Schedule, INTERSTATE’S Consulting Services Rate Schedule Agreement, if any, or which INTERSTATE does not provide or is unable to provide, for the project, the amount will be billed at cost (before any discounts) plus twenty percent (20%) for overhead and profit.
