Particulars. 1.1 This Agreement records the particulars of the agreement made between NHS England and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) named below. The following parts of Schedule 2 are included in this Agreement1: 1.2 This Agreement comprises: 1.2.1 the Particulars (clause 1); 1.2.2 the Terms and Conditions (clauses 2 to 31); and 1.2.3 the Schedules. 1 This table must be completed to indicate which services are included in the Delegation.
