Common use of Parties at Interest Clause in Contracts

Parties at Interest. The Agreement herein set forth has been and is made solely for the benefit of the Sales Agent, the Company and, to the extent provided in Section 9 of this Agreement, the controlling persons, directors and officers referred to in such section, and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, personal representatives and executors and administrators. No other person, partnership, association or corporation (including a purchaser, as such purchaser, from the Sales Agent) shall acquire or have any right under or by virtue of this Agreement.

Parties at Interest. The Agreement herein set forth has been and is made solely for the benefit of the Sales Agent, the Company Company, the Manager and, to the extent provided in Section 9 of this Agreement, the controlling persons, directors and officers referred to in such section, and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, personal representatives and executors and administrators. No other person, partnership, association or corporation (including a purchaser, as such purchaser, from the Sales Agent) shall acquire or have any right under or by virtue of this Agreement.

No other person, partnership, association or corporation (including a purchaser, as such purchaser, from the Sales AgentInitial Purchaser) shall acquire or have any right under or by virtue of this Agreement.

No other person, partnership, association or corporation (including a purchaser, as such purchaser, from any of the Sales AgentAgents or the Forward Purchasers) shall acquire or have any right under or by virtue of this Agreement, any Confirmation or any Terms Agreement.
