Parties bound by lease. This Lease is binding on the Landlord and the Tenant and all parties who lawfully succeed to their rights or take their places.
Parties bound by lease. This lease shall bind Landlord or Tenant jointly and severally if either party consists of more than one person. IF more than one person signs this Lease, each person, his heirs and assigns, is fully and personally obligated to keep all of the promises made in this Lease. The Landlord may enforce its rights under this Lease against each person individually or against all Tenants together. The parties agree that this lease shall be binding upon inure to the benefit of the parties, their respective heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns.
