Any agreement or instrument incorporating these Rules of Construction and Documentary Conventions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties thereto and their permitted successors and assigns. Nothing in any such agreement or instrument, whether express or implied, shall give or be construed to give any Person (other than the parties thereto and their permitted successors and assigns) any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of such agreement or instrument, unless such Person is expressly stated in such agreement or instrument to be entitled to any such right, remedy or claim.
