Common use of Parties Intended to be Benefited Clause in Contracts

Parties Intended to be Benefited. All of the understandings, covenants, and agreements contained herein are solely for the benefit of the Senior Agent, the Senior Lenders, the Subordinated Lender, their respective successors and assigns, and future holders of the Senior Debt and the Subordinated Debt, respectively, and there are no other parties, including any Obligor or any of their creditors, successors, or assigns, which are intended to be benefited, in any way, by this Agreement.

All of the understandings, covenants, and agreements contained herein are solely for the benefit of the Senior Agent, the Senior Lenders, the Subordinated LenderJunior Agent, the Junior Lenders, their respective successors and assigns, and future holders of the Senior Debt Indebtedness and the Subordinated Debt, Junior Indebtedness respectively, and there are no other parties, including any the Obligor or any of their creditors, successors, or assigns, which are intended to be benefited, in any way, by this Agreement.
