Common use of Parties' Interest Clause in Contracts

Parties' Interest. This Agreement shall be binding upon each party hereto and shall inure solely to the benefit of each party hereto and the IPT Shareholders. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any third party, other than the IPT Shareholders, any rights or remedies of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.
