Parties Involved. 3.1 This Agreement is between the State of Queensland acting through the Department of Education and Training [in particular via Coomera Springs State School (hereafter called “the School”) and (Parent/Caregiver) in relation to provision of iPad equipment to the Student. 3.2 The Student has been accepted into the School 1 to 1 Student iPad Program for the remainder of the agreement. The agreement is for a period of up to six years. For example, students entering the program in Year 1 at the beginning of 2019 will finish the agreement at the end of 2024. If a student enters at the beginning of Year 4 in 2019, then they would exit the program in 2021 at the completion of Year 6. 3.3 Due to the nature of class composition, the option to opt out of the program should only take place at the end of a school year for the following school year.

Parties Involved. 2.1 This Agreement is between the Northern Territory Government acting through the Department of Education and Training [in particular via Darwin High School (“the School”)] and (“the Parent/Guardian”) in relation to provision of a Laptop Computer to (“the Student”). 2.2 The School has accepted the Student into the School’s Laptop Computer Program for the term of this Agreement. 2.3 In exchange for the Parent/Guardian complying with this Agreement, the Laptop Computer is provided to the student for educational use at the School. 2.4 If in accordance with this Agreement, the Parent/Guardian has agreed to accept responsibility of the Laptop Computer when taken outside of the School by completing the corresponding parts in the Parent/Guardian Form, then the Student shall be permitted to take the Laptop Computer outside of the School for: (1) educational purposes use; and (2) limited personal use. 2.5 Where the Parent/Guardian has agreed, in accordance with this Agreement, that the Student can take the Laptop Computer outside of the School, the Student shall have the right to use the Laptop Computers outside of the School for limited personal use. 2.6 The Laptop Computer is only on loan to the Student. The Laptop Computer at all times remains the property of the Northern Territory of Australia. 2.7 This Agreement outlines the roles and responsibilities in relation to the allocation of a Laptop Computer to the Student and the terms and conditions which bind the parties during the term of this Agreement.
