Common use of Parties Obligations Clause in Contracts

Parties Obligations. a) With regard to the processing purposes referred to in Article 1, both Parties shall ensure compliance with the conditions applying to the processing of personal data pursuant to GDPR. b) Customers guarantees that the content, the use and the instructions for the processing of the personal data as referred to in this DPA are not unlawful and do not infringe any right of third parties. c) The obligations of Easygenerator that arise from this DPA shall also apply to those who process personal data under the authority and on the instructions (sub-processors) of Easygenerator.
